Login page to customer portal

The EBA Member Portal login page uses Microsoft Online URLs. It can happen that companies block these URLs and you therefore cannot log in to the customer portal.

If this is the case, please contact your internal IT department to whitelist the following URLs:

• https://login.microsoftonline.com/ebacdmcustomerdirectory.onmicrosoft.com
• *ebaportal.eu (or alternatively www.ebaportal.eu)
• Filemanager.ebaclearing.eu

Once these URLs are whitelisted by your IT department, they are considered as a safe destination by your company and you will be able to log in to the customer portal.
